Course Description

This course will guide you to draw as if you were in a college foundation course with an instructor with 35 years experience. In this course, you will develop the confidence and mastery of proportion, scale and perspective. Proper shading techniques will be taught using pastels throughout the course. You will learn how to correct your own artwork while exploring the medium of soft pastel sticks and pastel pencils. We will work from references as I will give you extensive in-depth step by step lessons. You will strengthen your artist skills in drawing with color and develop accurate proportional skills from sight. Drawing is the foundation to all art.
